Swedish jewelry designer Vivianna Torun Bülow-Hübe created this flatware collection first in 1986: starting with a knife that stands on its edge. She intended to carve away the clay she pressed onto the handle, but found that it allowed the knife to stand and decided to keep it. Today the collection is still cutting edge, and made in durable dishwasher-safe 18/10 stainless steel for everyday use.
